2. Categories of personal data and purposes

Your identity and contact details may be processed for membership, user support, security and notifications. Appointment details may be processed to forward a request to the relevant practitioner, manage the appointment and provide the service. Practitioner profiles, professional information and service details may be processed to create, verify and publish profiles and help clients select a practitioner. Transaction security, device and usage information may be processed for platform security, error management and improvement.

3. Collection methods and legal grounds

Data may be collected through the website, mobile or online interfaces, registration forms, appointment flows, cookies, support channels and user actions. Processing is based on legal grounds under the KVKK, such as express provision by law, establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, legitimate interests or, where required, explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred in a purpose-limited and proportionate way to relevant practitioners during appointments and services, infrastructure and hosting providers, identity verification and communications providers, payment providers where needed, and legally authorized public bodies and institutions. Any international transfer is subject to the conditions of the KVKK.

5. Rights of data subjects

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn its purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request rectification or deletion; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to an unfavorable result produced solely by automated analysis; and request compensation for damages.
