1. Acceptance

Anyone who accesses or uses the fizyonline.com platform is deemed to accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2. Role of the platform

Fizyonline is a digital platform that helps clients view practitioner profiles, submit appointment requests and access online content provided on the platform. It does not provide emergency healthcare and must not be used in a medical emergency. In an emergency, contact the 112 Emergency Call Center.

3. Account and user responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current information that belongs to you. You are responsible for protecting your password and access to your account. You must not use another person's account or use the platform unlawfully, misleadingly, in violation of rights or in a way that undermines security.

4. Appointments and practitioner profiles

Appointment details are subject to the availability and service conditions set by the relevant practitioner. The accuracy of information in practitioner profiles and the professional service provided are the responsibility of that practitioner. Fizyonline reserves the right to review or remove profiles and content that violate platform rules or cannot be verified, or to restrict an account.

5. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform's brand, design, text, software and other content belong to Fizyonline or the relevant rights holders. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limits of liability

Fizyonline does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Subject to mandatory liability under applicable law, it accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
